A high-growth ClimateTech SaaS start-up is looking for a commercially minded, ambitious Account Executive to become their first dedicated sales hire. With a flood of inbound interest, this is an opportunity to take ownership of the sales process and help scale a platform that's accelerating the UK’s transition to clean energy.

The Role
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualified inbound leads through to close.
  • Convert a high volume of qualified inbound leads across SMB and mid-market, while also occasionally generating outbound opportunities. 
  • Build and refine sales processes from the ground up
  • Support large strategic deals alongside the founder and leadership team
  • Identify and implement the tools and systems that will supercharge performance
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Customer Success to ensure client needs are met
About You
  • 1- 4 years of sales experience within a closing role in SaaS or tech.
  • Proven self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments
  • Strong communicator who builds trust with clients through authenticity and clarity
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to team-wide success
  • A genuine interest in sustainability and technology is a strong plus
The Package
  • £45,000–£55,000 base salary plus 50% OTE (uncapped)
  • Equity options in a fast-growing, purpose-led company
  • 33 days annual leave
  • Option to work remotely abroad for up to 30 days per year
  • Hybrid working – 2-3 days a week in London office.
