A high-growth ClimateTech SaaS start-up is looking for a commercially minded, ambitious Account Executive to become their first dedicated sales hire. With a flood of inbound interest, this is an opportunity to take ownership of the sales process and help scale a platform that's accelerating the UK’s transition to clean energy.

- Already supporting 250+ customers across the UK, with strong month-on-month growth
- Well-funded, mission-driven team building a category-defining product
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualified inbound leads through to close.
- Convert a high volume of qualified inbound leads across SMB and mid-market, while also occasionally generating outbound opportunities.
- Build and refine sales processes from the ground up
- Support large strategic deals alongside the founder and leadership team
- Identify and implement the tools and systems that will supercharge performance
- Collaborate closely with Product and Customer Success to ensure client needs are met
- 1- 4 years of sales experience within a closing role in SaaS or tech.
- Proven self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments
- Strong communicator who builds trust with clients through authenticity and clarity
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and high attention to detail
- Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to team-wide success
- A genuine interest in sustainability and technology is a strong plus
- £45,000–£55,000 base salary plus 50% OTE (uncapped)
- Equity options in a fast-growing, purpose-led company
- 33 days annual leave
- Option to work remotely abroad for up to 30 days per year
- Hybrid working – 2-3 days a week in London office.
