The role:
As BDR Manager, you will be responsible for...
  • Managing a small team of BDRs you will qualify warm and inbound leads, while hunting outbound, nurturing them and having a consultative approach to get them through to close.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the construction industry who may benefit from the company's software solutions.
About you:
  • 3 years+ construction software sales experience 
  • New business hunter with strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills
  • Successful track record for meeting/exceeding targets
  • You will be an ambitious, driven individual who works effectively in a small start-up environment.
The package:
  • Salary up to £50,000 with 25% Bonus
