- Managing a small team of BDRs you will qualify warm and inbound leads, while hunting outbound, nurturing them and having a consultative approach to get them through to close.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the construction industry who may benefit from the company's software solutions.
- 3 years+ construction software sales experience
- New business hunter with strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills
- Successful track record for meeting/exceeding targets
- You will be an ambitious, driven individual who works effectively in a small start-up environment.
- Salary up to £50,000 with 25% Bonus
