- Strong understanding of the UK healthcare market, NHS reimbursement routes, and experience negotiating at the ICB level
- Proven ability in change management, influencing market development, and shifting long-standing clinical practices
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills, with expertise in interpreting complex data for business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Scientific or Medical), with a successful track record in healthcare sales, business development, and strategic planning
