The role:
As the Business Development Manager you will...
  • Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth and market expansion in the UK respiratory healthcare market, focusing on NHS and providers
  • Identify new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships and secure profitable contracts with healthcare providers and commercial organisations
  • Create commercial proposals and negotiation strategies for customers and partners to secure sustainable, scalable and profitable contracts and agreements

About you:
As the ideal candidate you will have a...

  • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare market, NHS reimbursement routes, and experience negotiating at the ICB level
  • Proven ability in change management, influencing market development, and shifting long-standing clinical practices
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills, with expertise in interpreting complex data for business decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Scientific or Medical), with a successful track record in healthcare sales, business development, and strategic planning
