The role:
As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for...
  • Understanding the software thoroughly to successfully advice and demonstrate at an expert level
  • Building and developing successful relationships with customers to ensure maximum retention
  • Managing mid level accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, implementation to grow investment
  • Proactively taking ownership of customer problems to create effective solutions to utilise the value of the platform
About you:
  • Minimum 2 years Account Management or Customer Success experience within the construction software industry.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication and problem solving skills
  • Technically minded individual
The package:
  • Salary up to £50,000 (flex)
