As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for...
- Understanding the software thoroughly to successfully advice and demonstrate at an expert level
- Building and developing successful relationships with customers to ensure maximum retention
- Managing mid level accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, implementation to grow investment
- Proactively taking ownership of customer problems to create effective solutions to utilise the value of the platform
- Minimum 2 years Account Management or Customer Success experience within the construction software industry.
- Excellent client-facing, communication and problem solving skills
- Technically minded individual
- Salary up to £50,000 (flex)
- 5 days a week in London
