About the Role:

  • Spearhead new business development by identifying, engaging, and securing distributors, resellers, and partners to align with the company’s go-to-market strategy.
  • Establish and lead a distributor network across Western Europe (excluding the UK), driving significant sales growth.
  • Manage a targeted pipeline of high-value strategic and commercial engagements to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement a clear strategy for distributor channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
  • Focus on key Western European markets, including Germany, France, and Spain.
  • Leverage your expertise in telematics and business development to build strong relationships with key prospects and secure impactful partnerships.
  • Contribute to the company’s sales strategy and play a critical role in its growth and success.

About You:

  • 7-10+ years of international sales experience across Western Europe, focusing on distributors, resellers, and channel partners.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth through strategic partnerships, particularly in the telematics sector.
  • Proven ability as a new business hunter, consistently exceeding targets and generating valuable client relationships.
  • Experienced in managing complex sales cycles and closing enterprise and mid-market deals.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, thriving in a remote working environment with flexibility for global travel (up to 16 weeks per year).
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, able to identify opportunities for customised solutions and project work.
  • Ambitious to shape the company’s growth strategy and contribute to its long-term success.

Package:

  • Base salary up to £100,000 with an uncapped, performance-based commission structure.
