Account Executive | Hyper Growth AI Start-Up | SaaS | Remote

Hyper growth AI start-up seeking an exceptional, results-driven Account Executive to join their expanding UK team. The role focuses on driving global growth by closing SMB to MM deals while expertly managing a high volume of inbound leads.

The Role:

  • Handle inbound leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Maintain active communication with leads via email, LinkedIn, phone, and text to prevent leads from going cold.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Product and Marketing, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Partner with Customer Success to guarantee seamless onboarding and long-term client success.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and product enhancements.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive, working in software sales, ideally within SaaS, AI, or sales technology.
  • Solid negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders in organisations.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willing to work outside the standard 9-5 and wanting to go the extra mile to contribute to the company’s mission and success.
