About the Role

  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and marketing team to identify and engage with prime customer prospects.
  • Prospect for new business and build relationships within real estate, facilities management, and public and private sectors.
  • Conduct client meetings (both online and in-person) to understand needs, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and close deals.
  • Support clients by reviewing their requirements and ensuring the solution aligns with their operational needs.
  • Thrive in a start-up environment, working closely with senior leadership/C-suite and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.
  • Sell to clients nationwide, with a particular focus on the southern region.

About You

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B technology sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Confident in identifying and engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including technical, finance, procurement, and director-level decision-makers.
  • Driven, tenacious, and resilient professional with a “go-getter” mentality and ability to handle rejection positively.
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting, listening, and writing.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools like HubSpot and comfortable working with Google Workspace.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings across the UK.
