Enterprise Account Executive | SaaS | London Hybrid
High-growth US-based SaaS company expanding into the UK & EMEA markets. Looking for an exceptional Enterprise AE to help drive UK growth and close large-scale, strategic enterprise deals.

About the role

  • Lead the charge in growing their UK presence by closing strategic enterprise accounts within fintech, banking, and related sectors.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers at large organisations to position the platform as a critical business solution.
  • Drive new business growth through targeted prospecting, solution selling, and long-term account management.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider global team to shape the UK sales strategy, while maintaining autonomy over your own pipeline and targets.

About you

  • You’re one of the top 3 performers in your current team—ideally the top 1—and can demonstrate consistent overachievement against targets.
  • Proven success in enterprise SaaS sales, with experience closing £200k+ deal sizes and managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, scaling environments and have experience working in high-growth companies or start-ups.
  • Confident with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, with a structured approach to driving deals forward.
  • You’re ambitious, self-motivated, and always looking to sharpen your skills through learning and collaboration.

Package

  • £90,000 - £120,000 base salary plus double OTE.
  • Equity options for early joiners, providing significant future upside.
  • Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the London office, with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week.
