The role:
This Customer Success Manager will be responsible for…
- Providing continuous support and training on existing accounts, ensuring clients are nurtured at all times.
- Becoming a trusted advisor to help mould and identify ways in which clients can get the best out of the software.
- Working cross functionally with other departments to become the voice of the customer and guarantee a smooth and profitable process.
- Onboarding new customers and ensuring they are well steered for deployment as quickly as possible.
About you:
- Proven Customer Success / Account Management / Sales background within a B2B SaaS/tech environment
- Track record of retaining high value clients, successfully taking them through the renewal process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Package:
- Base salary to £45,000 + great benefits
