Business Development Manager | Professional Services | Hybrid
A dynamic professional services consultancy is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join their expanding team. The Role:
- Champion the company’s professional services by educating clients on the benefits and working with them to determine their needs.
- Collaborate with the education and awareness team to generate leads through campaigns, partnerships, and industry referrers.
- Drive high volumes of opportunities with tailored outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure prospects receive the information and support needed to convert them into clients.
- Consistently meet KPIs, including setting appointments and securing new business.
- Represent the business with professionalism and high standards of communication.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B service environment, ideally within professional services, fintech or SaaS solutions.
- Entrepreneurial, resilient, and motivated with a ‘hunter’ mentality focused on new business acquisition.
- Passionate about delivering value to clients and eager to learn and communicate complex products and services.
- Strong relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with C-suite executives.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, willing to share best practices and contribute to team success.
The Package:
- Up to £45,000 basic salary, with an OTE of £75,000 (uncapped commission)
- Additional quarterly over achievement bonus of up to £10,000.
- Hybrid working with 3 days office/client visits and 2 days working from home.
