About the Role:
  • Executing outbound activities.
  • Engaging prospects over the phone to identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Understanding user pain points and correlating business value to customer needs.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to develop effective outbound strategies.
  • Maintaining detailed records and updates in Salesforce.
About You:
  • Approximately 1 year of experience in a Sales Development Representative role, demonstrating an understanding of the sales process and lead generation strategies. Ideally experienced in Risk and Compliance software.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations with potential leads. 
  • Demonstrates a strong desire to exceed quota and drive results.
  • Efficient in managing leads, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Willing to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the lead generation process.
  • Proven track record of converting calls into meaningful conversations and opportunities.
