- Maintaining detailed records and updates in Salesforce.
- Approximately 1 year of experience in a Sales Development Representative role, demonstrating an understanding of the sales process and lead generation strategies. Ideally experienced in Risk and Compliance software.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations with potential leads.
- Demonstrates a strong desire to exceed quota and drive results.
- Efficient in managing leads, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.
- Willing to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the lead generation process.
- Proven track record of converting calls into meaningful conversations and opportunities.
- Competitive salary up to £50,000 plus OTE of £80,000.
