About the role
- Develop and manage key strategic accounts, focusing on both new business and existing client growth.
- Use consultative selling to understand client needs in digital and business transformation.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to identify and drive opportunities.
- Create proposals, negotiate deals, and maintain an accurate pipeline to ensure ongoing success.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions for clients.
About you
- Proven experience in solution sales, ideally with a background in professional or managed services.
- A successful track record selling to large enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 companies.
- Strong relationship-building skills with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strategic and tactical approach to selling.
Package
- Competitive salary to £120,000 with double OTE potential.
- Flexible working options - must be 1hr's commute from Watford, Maidenhead of Slough and happy to be in the office 1-2 days a week.
