About the Role:
- Drive enterprise sales growth, focusing on new business generation within the leasing and rental sectors.
- Leverage your existing network to secure high-value wins and long-term partnerships.
- Expand the company's presence across the UK and key European markets, including Germany, France, and Spain.
- Collaborate with in-house technology teams to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to unique client needs.
- Engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders, presenting impactful solutions.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals, with an emphasis on quick wins and scalable growth opportunities.
About You:
- 7-10+ years of enterprise sales experience, specialising in telematics within the leasing and rental industries.
- A proven new business hunter with a strong track record of building pipelines and exceeding sales targets.
- Extensive C-suite network in the UK, with potential connections across European markets.
- Skilled in navigating complex sales cycles and closing enterprise-level deals.
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, thriving in remote work environments with flexibility for travel.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify customisation opportunities and deliver value-driven solutions.
Package:
- Base salary up to £100,000 with an uncapped, performance-based commission structure.
