The role:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for..
  • Identify and capitalise on business opportunities by understanding client needs and offering customised solutions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnership and mutual success.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of potential deals to support consistent revenue growth.
  • Oversee the renewal and expansion of contracts to align with client expectations and business goals.
  • Stay current on market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and improve the company's competitive edge.
About you:
  • SaaS/Tech sales background within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in managing client accounts and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling in a technology-driven environment.
  • Skilled negotiator with a history of achieving sales goals and exceeding targets.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Proactive and strategic, able to identify and pursue new business opportunities effectively.
Package:
