About the role
- Act as a strategic partner for high-value clients, ensuring long-term success and business growth
- Lead key client interactions and communicate between internal teams and external clients to provide tailored solutions
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to deliver short, medium, and long-term value for clients
- Use data-driven insights to recommend optimizations and help clients maximize the value from the company’s solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align company offerings with client needs, and help drive impactful results
- Opportunity to manage a team of CSM's and career progression to Chief Client Officer, leading the Client Success department
About you
- Strong commercial acumen with experience calculating ROI for high-value clients
- Leadership experience, including managing teams and influencing internal stakeholders
- Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to drive customer-centric initiatives and work on multiple high-pressure projects
- Strong understanding of technology, with a proactive attitude towards learning and development
- Experienced in presenting and influencing senior-level stakeholders, with excellent communication skills
Package
- Salary up to £65,000
- Hybrid working model: 2-3 days a week in the office
