The Role:

As the Territory Sales Manager, you will...

  • Own the full 360 sales cycle, driving new business wins and expanding partnerships with gyms and fitness businesses across the UK.
  • Build and nurture relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to gym owners and managers, helping them adopt cutting-edge fitness technology.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Champion the brand, becoming the face of the business within the UK fitness community.
  • Manage a small sales team, coaching and inspiring them to deliver results.

About You:

  • 4+ years in B2B sales, ideally selling software or subscription services.
  • A proven track record of winning new business and managing long-term client relationships.
  • Must have a passion for fitness and technology, with a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, able to sell consultatively and adapt to different stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and a self-starter. 
  • Happy to travel across the UK Monday-Thursday weekly, meeting clients face-to-face.

Package:

  • Up to £40,000 base salary, plus OTE of £70,000.
