As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for..
- Leadings on business development within the Defence and Security sectors, winning enterprise-level sales.
- Building on existing relationships within the sector to expand revenue opportunities.
- Continuously analysing and upgrading strategies in line with business and market trends.
- Collaborating with the wider team to engage with multiple stake holders and decision makers during the sales process
- Sales budgeting, forecasting and reporting on performance weekly/monthly/quarterly.
- Being hands-on and getting involved with more complex demos, negotiations and pitches.
- UK security clearance is essential.
- Strong sales track record, proven success prospecting/identifying new business and building a strong pipeline.
- Currently selling a technical product/Tech/SaaS into the Defence sector
- Existing relationships in the Government & Defence sector (a must for this role) - MOD/NATO ideal.
- Circa £80,000 basic salary.
- Uncapped bonus/commission structure.
