The role:
As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for.. 
  • Leadings on business development within the Defence and Security sectors, winning enterprise-level sales.
  • Building on existing relationships within the sector to expand revenue opportunities.
  • Continuously analysing and upgrading strategies in line with business and market trends.
  • Collaborating with the wider team to engage with multiple stake holders and decision makers during the sales process 
  • Sales budgeting, forecasting and reporting on performance weekly/monthly/quarterly. 
  • Being hands-on and getting involved with more complex demos, negotiations and pitches.
About you:
  • UK security clearance is essential.
  • Strong sales track record, proven success prospecting/identifying new business and building a strong pipeline.
  • Currently selling a technical product/Tech/SaaS into the Defence sector
  • Existing relationships in the Government & Defence sector (a must for this role) - MOD/NATO ideal.
The package:
  • Circa £80,000 basic salary.
  • Uncapped bonus/commission structure.
