Technical Sales Specialist- Environmental Innovation

Having recently secured Series A funding they're scaling quickly and are looking for a self-motivated, sales-driven individual to help expand our reach in key markets worldwide.About the Role
- Manage and nurture relationships with distributors and resellers, building strong, long-term partnerships.
- Respond promptly to incoming sales leads, qualify opportunities, and deliver accurate quotations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets and grow the sales pipeline.
- Maintain and optimise the CRM (HubSpot) to ensure seamless processes.
- Represent the organisation passionately at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Oversee administrative duties and contribute to the team's collective success.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with a passion for sales and business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and adaptability to changing business needs.
- 3+ years of inside sales or account management experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- A team player eager to contribute to a growing organisation and achieve shared success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Package
- Salary: Up to £45,000 base, plus a performance-related bonus
