We’re looking for a Sales Lead to drive revenue growth and build key relationships in a fast-growing consultancy. With the UK MD shifting focus to the US, this is a chance to take ownership of business development efforts and play a key role in expanding high-value client solutions.

The Role:

  • Drive business growth by converting new opportunities into long-term client engagements.
  • Build strong relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Develop tailored solutions and lead proposals.
  • Identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Work with internal teams and mentor junior team members.

About You:

  • Proven success in financial or professional services sales.
  • Strong track record of winning and expanding accounts.
  • Ability to engage C-suite decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Results-driven, commercially astute, and highly motivated.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

The Package:

  • Up to £95,000 basic salary, plus up to 50% bonus.
