- First customer success hire to work alongside the Founders and contribute towards their retention, growth and client satisfaction goals.
- Owning the entire customer success journey, leveraging previous experience to introduce appropriate playbooks, strategies and methodologies.
- Creating a customer centric culture and training clients on best practice use of the platform and demonstrating how it can help achieve sustainability goals.
- Introducing strategies that will scale and contribute towards their journey from startup to scaleup.
- Building ‘sustainable’ relationships with clients and stakeholders to encourage customer loyalty, commitment and brand awareness in the market.
- Taking a hands-on approach to hiring a team of customer success managers to support you with the mission and getting them on board with the CS strategy and company goals.
- Working alongside the founders and ensure the customer success strategy aligns with the overall company vision.
- Ideally experience from a Cleantech startup or at least an interest/passion for the sustainability space.
- Strong customer success background as a hands-on CSM as well of leading/managing and building a CS team from scratch.
- Experience in early staged startups, wearing many hats and going through funding rounds.
- Background with SaaS solutions and working with a subscription based model.
- £70,000 - £80,000 basic salary.
