The role:

Head of Sales will be responsible for…

  • Leading and developing the sales team, developing strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets to drive the business
  • Growing revenue through new business generation with large Corporates/Blue Chip organisations
  • Ownership of the sales cycle including expanding existing clients and winning new logos
  • Senior management, motivating and developing the existing sales team to achieve results and win new opportunities
  • Clear progression path to Sales Director in 12-18 months
About you:
  • Minimum of 4 years leadership experience within a fleet management function
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness with an ability to develop strategic initiatives in Sales and with commercial partners
  • Proven success winning new business and retaining existing clients 
  • Hunter mentality, driven to exceed targets in a fast paced environment
