About the role
Develop and manage key strategic accounts, focusing on both new business and existing client growth.
Use consultative selling to understand client needs in digital and business transformation.
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to identify and drive opportunities.
Create proposals, negotiate deals, and maintain an accurate pipeline to ensure ongoing success.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions for clients.
About you
Proven experience in solution sales, ideally with a background in professional or managed services.
A successful track record selling to large enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 companies.
Strong relationship-building skills with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strategic and tactical approach to selling.
Package
Competitive salary to £120,000 with double OTE potential.
Flexible working options - must be 1hr's commute from Watford, Maidenhead or Slough and happy to be in the office 1-2 days a week.
